Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO Shirin Behzadi is responsible for the direction, development, and expansion of the AdvantaClean network. Shirin's focus on developing the AdvantaClean brand centers around building leaders, lean operations coupled with metrics-driven testing and measurement, servant leadership, and perhaps most importantly, corporate culture. With her financial, operational and franchising experience and her strong passion to help our franchises realize their financial and personal dreams, she is poised and prepared for exciting synergistic growth of AdvantaClean.
Vice President of Operations
Chris Stefanco serves as the Vice President of Operations working with our Franchise Business Coaches and owners, helping them to grow their businesses. Previously, he has served as Director of Technical Operations and Training from 2006 - 2017. Chris oversees and conducts the hands-on and classroom training for all new franchise owners and provides ongoing coaching and project support for our Franchise Business Coaches and franchises nationwide. Chris has served as a Senior Project Manager for our affiliate, Loss Construction, and Recovery, Inc since 1999. His role has been managing and overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial and government projects across the US. He holds water and fire certifications through IICRC and is NADCA trained. He also is a Certified CMA & CMR for mold and holds an OSHA 10 & 30-hour certification and is an OSHA construction outreach trainer.
Chief Technology Officer
Faisal comes to AdvantaClean highly qualified. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in IT and Business Strategy, Operations, Supply-Chain and Chain-Management. In addition, he led numerous enterprise technology transformations, customer experience programs and business integrationsHe has worked in various industries from Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, Distribution and Service across verticals such as HR, Forestry, Packaging, Commercial Printing, Energy/Utilities and Automotive Components.
Director of Finance and Accounting
Lindsay Simms has served as the Director of Finance and Accounting for AdvantaClean Systems, Inc. and our affiliate, Loss Control and Recovery, Inc. since February 2009. Prior to joining AdvantaClean, Lindsay served for seven years as Accounting Manager of Detroit Speed and Engineering, Inc. Lindsay oversees all financial functions of the company including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, treasury and human resources. She also provides training and field support to franchise owners nationwide. Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and enjoys sharing her knowledge to help support and grow franchise owners nationwide.
Chief Marketing Officer
Gayle brings over 25 years of strong marketing experience to AdvantaClean. Her past experience includes helping to build & transform some of the top consumer brands across specialty retail, ecommerce, restaurant franchise systems, 7 packaged-goods businesses for companies such as McDonald’s, PepsiCo & PetSmart to smaller start-up online businesses. As CMO, Gayle leads all aspects of marketing including fully integrated national marketing plans to drive awareness and equity across all HFC brands as well as providing a strong marketing framework for local marketing efforts & hence demand generation for franchisees. Her role also includes facilitating direct franchise growth & acquisition through marketing efforts as well as management of all external marketing agencies.
Chief Financial Officer
Tom brings over 25 years of senior financial management experience to HFC working for a diverse group of companies ranging from Big-4 public accounting to start-ups to a billion dollar plus global manufacturing business. His industry experience includes technology, consumer products and retail businesses with extensive mergers and acquisition experience. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and most recently served as the CFO for a junior women’s apparel business.
As CFO, he leads all aspects of HFC’s financial strategy and is responsible for accounting, finance, tax, treasury and IT for HFC. Tom serves as a trusted advisor and provides strategic input to the CEO and leadership on the strategy and direction of HFC with a financial and operational focus. He also acts as a key interface with the board and our investors.
Chief Development Officer
Jonathan is a 24-year veteran of the franchise world. JT started with Home Franchise Concepts in 2003 as a Franchise Licensing Advisor.
And now as a Vice-President, he is responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and franchise growth of Home Franchise Concepts’ four brands: Budget Blinds, AdvantaClean, Tailored Living, and Concrete Craft. JT leads an award-winning team of professional franchise advisors who have participated in over one thousand franchise territory awards to candidates.
